Heather graduated from Indiana University in December 1994 with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing. She has worked in the areas of Med-Surg, 急救护理, 恢复室, 医疗保险B部分, 疾病管理, 和制药. She holds certificates in Clinical Research and Legal Nurse Consulting. Since 2009, she has taught for LPN and ASN programs in Med-Surg, Pharmacology, and Fundamentals. 2010年5月, she graduated from Indiana State University (ISU) with a Master's degree in Nursing 政府.
